Anahuac National Bank is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Teller/Bookkeeper at our Anahuac location.

Duties include accurately and effectively handling cash transactions, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and daily bookkeeping procedures. Applicants must provide excellent customer service to bank customers by executing appropriate transactions effectively and, meeting the needs of customers by referring them to appropriate departments of the bank. 

Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and basic mathematical skills. Candidates must also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to successfully perform multiple tasks at one time.

Required qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday plus Saturday rotation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior banking and/or cash handling experience
  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience
