Report lost/stolen ATM/Debit card

If you believe your ATM/debit VISA card has been lost or stolen, please call 1-800-523-4175.  You will need your name as it appeared on your card or on your account and indicate Anahuac National Bank as the issuing bank, regardless of which branch you bank from.    

In addition, please call the Bank during business hours to let us know about your card so we may mark our records accordingly.   The bank numbers are:

Use a Personal Identification Number (PIN)!

Credit or Debit? It’s a familiar question from the store clerk when you pull out a plastic card to make a purchase. Either way you use your ATM/Debit VISA Card, the money comes directly out of your checking account. Here’s why you should choose a PIN for your transaction:

  •  The Bank is requiring the use of a PIN at all Wal-Mart and WM Supercenters for any transactions due to an increase in debit card fraud using the signature based (or credit) transactions.
  • All transactions equal to or greater than $150.00 at any store will require a PIN.
  • If the merchant does not accept pinned transactions hit the cancel button and it will give you the option of credit if it's not equal to or greater than $150.00.
  • Unauthorized transactions should always be reported immediately.
